The Zen Chef Collection“Rustic Hand Forged Blue Steel Performance Knives” |

Each knife in the zen chef collection is crafted much as they
have been for almost 500 years over pine wood coals in small
extremely hot forge by a gifted blacksmith in the famed Tosa
region of Japan. These striking black beauties feature a
traditional Japanese carbon blue steel core fused to a softer
outer sand iron steel. Hand honed by the craftsman this historic
steel takes and holds a razor edge that few blades can achieve.
